Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional project manager to join our Alliance Transformation team. We are a forward-thinking team, with an ambitious strategy to transform the delivery of health and care with our partner organisations. As such we are looking for an experienced project manager who is comfortable manging projects with multiple stakeholders from project concept through to delivery of benefits. We are a team that welcomes a challenge so looking for someone with a 'can do 'approach.

The post is based at Dukes Court in Woking, Surrey, however we offer hybrid working which involves travel to other sites across North West Surrey and the ability to work at home."
Main duties of the job
The project manager will have responsibility for effective planning, delivery and evaluation of their identified projects within the NW Surrey Transformation Team. They will be required to plan, support, facilitate and monitor the progress of projects or work streams which make up the agreed programme and to provide management support, training and expert guidance to all project staff.This will also include appropriate risk management controls, securing clinical staff engagement and active participation. Through leadership and delivery of their nominated projects, the project manager will drive and support business and cultural changes across services. Ensure robust programme and project management methodology is applied to the development and implementation of all nominated projects.The will work with service managers and clinicians to identify opportunities to improve operational productivity; and to support the development and implementation of project plans. They will ensure that nominated projects are adhering to the Governance arrangements that are in place. This will include reporting, to track progress and benefits realisation, in order to provide with respect to delivery of the improvement Plan

- Professional Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent
- Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent management
- Project support experience in a project/programme environment, preferably within health or care sector
