Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the delivery of the Surrey Heartlands Dermatology programme. The role involves developing and delivering a standardised dermatology pathway across the Surrey Heartlands geography.

The post holder will provide expert leadership to ensure the provision of an efficient, high-quality, professional and co-ordinated approach to provide high quality, effective and financially sustainable services to patients.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will oversee the overall programme delivery which will include:

  • Working internally and externally to deliver projects, initiatives and services to time and in a cost effective way.
  • Supporting the identification and sharing of best practice in to support service improvement, efficiency and transformation.
  • Support the portfolio of programmes/projects in demonstrating value for money tracking, managing and delivering agreed benefits.
  • Provide specialist advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for directors and stakeholders.
  • Provide in depth analysis, interpretation and production of complex and multiple reports.
  • Set up and manage project steering groups of relevant stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure that teams have the right resources in place to meet the requirements of the locally agreed objectives.
  • Actively engage with partners providing to co-ordinate activities and deliver the project priorities within agreed timelines and in collaboration with all stakeholders.
