If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and experienced team as a communications assistant.
Main duties of the job
- Research, write articles and create content for our various communications channels
- Support the communications team with planning and deliveringprojects, events, meetings, newsletters, presentations, digital channels, and briefings
- Support the monitoring of digital media and updating of intranet and web content
- Monitor the communications team's email inbox; responding appropriately and in a timely manner
- Format and send a range of internal and external communications
- Simple design work to create promotional materials
- Maintain and update the communications team's internal and external contacts' databases
- Set up and support online and in person events, stakeholder and staff meetings.
The role will require some days in the office, with the option to work from home on the remaining days.
