The Legal Services Team at NHS Sussex
Integrated Care Board has a new and exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to
join its team in a key role to support the delivery of in-house case management
of the community DOL applications and also assisting with some of the most
complex cases. If you are looking for a role that is unique, wide-ranging,

Main duties of the job
The Team delivers expert in-house legal services across Claims, Inquests, Mental Capacity Law and Mental Health Law as well as wide-ranging Healthcare Law. The Team has already undergone considerable change and development.This new role will be a key part of the transformation of legal services to ensure the in-house legal service provision is of the highest standard.
