Job summary

This is the opportunity for a secondment to the team to assist with some significant change work to support the ICB meet its targets in "building the right support" and in meeting the outcomes of the NHS 10 year plan.

The work is varied and offers the opportunity to be involved in designing solutions through co production.

Job responsibilities

The post will involve close working with other colleagues and directorates within the Newcastle health and care system to support the delivery of a successful programme of work across the areas of mental health, learning disabilities and autism services as well as children and families.

The role will provide a key supporting function to others in the team via contributing their knowledge and skills to support and progress work and priorities across mental health, learning disability, autism, children, and families.

To support the ICBs priorities for service reform; ensuring they are effectively delivered to time and budget with outcomes which improve patient care and ensure clinical effectiveness and value for money

To support the sharing of best practice and evidence-based practice that is at the heart of the service redesign process
