POTENTIAL INTERVIEW DATE: 10 APRIL 2025

The post holder will be required to have good organisation and communication skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, such as Word, Excel and Msteams.

The ability to plan and organise own workload is a must, as a minimum of 2 working days per week will be office based.

Full training will be given on the NHS Standard Contract.

Main duties of the job

Working in a matrixed way, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Programme Lead Contracting and Delivery, the Director of Financial transformation (Barnsley) and the wider Contracting function across South Yorkshire.

Supporting Contract Review Board meetings by planning agendas, taking minutes and action logs and circulating documents.

Planning meetings around data submissions and conflicting priorities is a must

Updating contract registers for South Yorkshire ICB on a quarterly basis, working with all 4 Places (Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield)

Populating Contract documentation for the Locally Commissioned Pharmacy Services for South Yorkshire.

Monitoring and responding to enquiries and Freedom of Information requests, collating responses on behalf of South Yorkshire Healthcare Contracting.

Ensuring national and local deadlines are met and adhered to as per protocols and processes.
