An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic project support administrator with excellent organisational skills to support the Learning Disabilities and Autism Programme Team.

The LDA Senior Project Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of large-scale projects, which involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

The role requires strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise workflow, you will be proficient in scheduling and managing a variety of tasks with competing deadlines. A key element of this role is engaging with senior stakeholders across South Yorkshire therefore having good interpersonal skills is essential.

The Successful Candidate will be able to choose there preferred base location from the 4 ICB bases.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for supporting project meetings, steering groups, workshops and events including completion of minutes and action logs.

The post holder will be required to update online systems such as the project management system and use Microsoft Teams

The programme is fast paced so you will need to be dynamic and have the ability to multi-task and manage own workload effectively.

Preparation of general presentation materials as appropriate.

Ensure effective communication is maintained across the project team and end users whilst acting as a point of contact for enquiries.

Explain complex administrative and project processes in an understandable way to colleagues, internal or external stakeholders.

Communicate business sensitive personal information in a secure manner; ensuring confidentiality is maintained when needed.

Adapt communication style as appropriate for the situation.

Support and influence managers and staff to deliver the projects aims.

Analytical and judgement:

Assist in the monitoring of the delivery of work streams against plans, chasing progress as appropriate.

Planning and organisation:
