This is a permanent contract opportunity for a highly
motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic Transformation &
Delivery Team as a Contract and Improvement Support Officer. The post holder
will play a crucial role in supporting the effective management and monitoring
of primary care contracts, as well as contributing to service improvement
initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of primary care
services, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build strong working
relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide support to
the Contracting and improvement functions across South Yorkshire
The post holder is required to actively engage
clinicians and professionals from across health and care in major service
transformation projects to ensure that the desired outcomes are supported,
understood, owned.
Strong
negotiating and persuading skills are required with sometimes conversations
being contentious and challenging across Partnerships and ICB.
Continually
strive for delivering project outcomes, value for money and greater efficiency
Interpret
highly complex data and information from partners to inform service
developments/ transformation.
Use data
analysis techniques to inform change and transformation programmes and identify
areas where quality improvements can be made.
Identification of risks across portfolio
of contracts, undertake remedial action as appropriate and escalate accordingly.
