The South Yorkshire Primary Care team is currently seeking
a Primary Care Manager to work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an
effective service supporting managers and staff across the ICB to lead the
delivery of primary care commissioning and the Primary Care Strategy.

Main duties of the job
The Primary Care Manager will support Primary Care
transformation and delivery in accordance with the Joint Forward Plan and the
ICB Primary Care strategy.
The role
supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in
planning, commissioning and service redesign.
The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter
expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
is responsible for developing plans which meet the health needs of South
Yorkshires 1.4 million population, managing the NHS budget and arranging for
the provision of all NHS health services in the region. The South Yorkshire Primary Care team works
across the system and geography of South Yorkshire, working closely with the
ICB teams for Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster to deliver
national and local priorities.
