An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the People Experience team in the People Directorate at the NHS SY ICB. The purpose of the People Experience team is to support the ICB and all health and care organisations in South Yorkshire to improve the experience of their people/workforce to enable them to deliver excellent health and care services to the population.
The post holder has a key role in the delivery of projects/programmes across the organisations business areas, ensuring that the agreed project outputs are delivered in line with deadlines.

Main duties of the job
-
Provide additional support to the wider project management team through working flexibly to directly assist other projects where they may
be a subject matter expert or through
research and development and delivery of materials as required.

Provide expertise of best practice change and
project management
methodologies.

Communicate, engage and build relationships with key strategic policy makers to influence the development of
strategy and policies.

Engage and manage
relationships with stakeholders to achieve a common purpose
and realise mutual benefits where there may
be contentious decisions to be
made around performance or finance etc.

Produce material for and present complex presentations
to large groups which are
engaging, influential and effective in delivering key
messages, the content

NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board oversees health

and submit regular project reports for the programme board showing progress
against milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and
dependencies, making recommendations where a range of options
may exist.

Managing the set-up
and delivery of projects, working with colleagues and subject matter experts on the strategic planning, scoping,

EDI priorities and support the delivery of agreed system wide activity.

Take
a lead role in organising the South Yorkshire Womens Network, in conjunction
with other system leads, and any other system wide staff network activity.

Ensure
that the ICS Chief Executive Senior Responsible Officer is kept well informed
of progress against the agreed workplan, escalating as appropriate.

Effectively
work with the Programme Director for People experience, ICB Executive lead
for EDI and system SRO to deliver the ICS EDI priorities.

Take
a lead role in organising and supporting key groups and committees to ensure
that EDIB actions and impact are being measured and reported effectively.
