Our role is to join up health and care services, improve people's health and wellbeing, and to make sure everyone has the same access to services and gets a positive experience from treatment. We also oversee how money and resource is utilised to ensure that funding is spent to ensure health services are effective, consistent and of high standard
Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB is a complex organisation serving a population of over 1.8 million people.
A key member of staff within the performance team, the post holder will be responsible for the analysis of data to support the monitoring of a range of performance indicators, both national and local and providing further analysis and investigation on areas of underperformance. They will work with our partners across the system to develop improvement plans and support delivery of key actions to improve outcomes for patients.
The role will require close working with clinical and non-clinical teams across Lancashire and South Cumbria and will directly lead the development and collation of several performance dashboards to support the achievement of cancer standards and monitor the effectiveness of several key programmes.
In addition, the post will facilitate our project management office to support our team of project and programme managers to achieve of our objectives

The post holder will have regular contact with a wide range of staff at all levels within the ICB, with senior and other representatives of local stakeholders, as well as with patients and their representatives. Some of the key direct relationships include:

- Develop, implement and review a framework of measures, systems and procedures for defining, monitoring and reporting performance against strategic and operational objectives of the cancer work programme as part of the ICB
