We are actively seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Clinical Transformation Project Manager. In this instrumental position, you will take charge of steering the Clinical Design Authority (CDA) and spearheading clinical transformation facets embedded within the System Analytics Intelligence Unit.
As the successful candidate, you will assume a pivotal role in not only leading but also shaping and executing the foundational clinical and care support framework within the Integrated Care System (ICS). Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a seamless flow of clinical and care support within our system that nurtures and sparking innovation throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
Main duties of the job

Providing Clinical and Expert Senate Management and Leadership
Planning, organising, and leading workshops, incorporating feedback from Clinical Transformation Workshops
Communicating and working closely with senior leaders to share clinical transformation outputs and recommendations with relevant groups.
Have strong project management skills, including experience in leading complex projects including financial oversight and budget management.
Having knowledge of healthcare planning and delivery within Integrated Care Systems.

The System Analytics Intelligence Unit serves as a vital component within our healthcare organisation, dedicated to harnessing the power of data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive positive changes across the healthcare system. This specialised unit operates at the intersection of data science, healthcare management, and transformative initiatives, with the overarching goal of improving patient outcomes, optimising resource allocation, and enhancing overall system performance.
The team is experienced in Health Informatics and takes a supportive and collaborative approach to meeting team aims and objectives.

The Clinical Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for:
- CDA Clinical Transformation Framework:
- Developing and implementing the framework for the allocation of clinical and expert support contracts.
- Establishing and managing contractual mechanisms for both clinician and non-clinician roles.
- Designing processes for requesting clinical and expert support and allocating resources efficiently.
- Overseeing the issuing of contracts, budgetary control, reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of support provided.
- Collaborating closely with clinical and expert teams and requestors to ensure alignment and successful outcomes for all parties.
Clinical and Expert Senate Leadership:
- Coordinating and leading the clinical and expert senate in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Information Officer and Deputy Medical Director.
- Organising regular senate workshops, ensuring participation of clinical and expert professionals are engaged with a specialist interest in the subject matter.
- Facilitating workshops to gather active engagement, insights, ideas, and recommendations for clinical transformation initiatives.
- Collaborating with analysts to ensure data availability and accuracy for informed decision-making in a timely manner ahead of the senates.
Clinical Transformation Workshops:
- Planning, organising, and leading workshops, incorporating feedback from senate workshops.
- Collaborating with clinical experts to document clinical transformation outputs and recommendations.
- Ensuring that workshops are conducted effectively, fostering collaborative discussions and innovative solutions.
Communication and Reporting:
- Working closely with senior leaders to share clinical transformation outputs and recommendations with relevant groups.
- Ensuring any outputs and recommendations are agreed and signed off with relevant leadership/groups (CCPL)
- Ensuring that the outcomes of clinical transformation efforts are communicated clearly and effectively across the healthcare system.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, including experience in leading complex projects including financial oversight and budget management.
- A clear understanding of contractual contractor relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable outputs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clinicians, experts, and senior leaders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field? Or relevant professional expereince
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
