Based in Kirkham House

Main duties of the job
We are seeking a highly organised, personable & driven individual to provide comprehensive project, administrative and logistical support on a wide range of workstreams across the business and clinical functions. The post-holder will act as the single point of contact for the Heads of Service, offering high-level coordination to support in the efficient delivery of the service. The role requires a high degree of professionalism and will be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders across multiple levels.
The successful candidate will:
- Be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, modern organisation where priorities may change and adapt.
- Require a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Require a high degree of professionalism and reliability.
- Be a personable, approachable individual with the ability to build relationships.
- Be a strong communicator, able to work across multiple teams and shared work streams where necessary.
- Work efficiently to meet multiple deadlines
- Collate/report data appropriately and ensure robust processes are in place for a range of systems.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access databases.
- Strong coordination skills & meeting/diary management.
