Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Admin Lead
Band 5 (agenda for change)

Main duties of the job
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and pro-active Admin Lead within the all age continuing care team to support the deputy business manager. The role will be responsible for the overall management of the Referral, Scheduling and Verification administration function of the service which includes co-ordinating assessment meetings (called MDTs), data entry, managing all incoming communication and letter production.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong managerial skills, and be motivated towards service improvement. They will be expected to review working practices and systems and make recommendations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services, to ensure compliance with all local and national targets.
This role is required to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service. All staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate HWICBs values.
The role is 37.5 hours over 5 days per week and will involve working from our office within HWICBs Hybrid working policy.
