Continuing Healthcare - Deputy Business Manager
Band 7 (Agenda for Change)
Full Time - Permanent Role
Based in Acton House, Worcester or St. Owen's Chamber's, Herefordshire
Main duties of the job
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to support the CHC business function with administrative, process and people management. The post holder will report to the Senior Business Manager and will support with the day-to-day operational management and development of the business service.
The role will lead on the completion of all statutory returns for CHC including PLDS, FCR and All Age return and business operations including compliance, quality and efficiency, financial recovery and PHB's.
This role contributes to the ICB values as follows:
- People - ensuring provider stability and sustainability across the H&W ICB footprint and supporting patient care.
- Trust - supporting statutory responsibilities and 1 to 1, supervision, staff appraisals and development.
- Collaborate - underpins joint working with Worcestershire LA, Herefordshire LA and OOA LA through recharge administration management.
- Inspire - supports service and process development.
- Excellence - provides assurance, staff retention, team work and a successful CHC Team.
