Job summary

Communications and Public Affairs Manager

Our fast paced communications team is looking for a talented individual to join us and support our work to communicate our campaigns. With a particular focus on supporting the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System's (ICS) stakeholder and parliamentary engagement, the role will manage and contribute to our communications plans and playing an active role in our media relations.

Main duties of the job

You will need to quickly gain an understanding of complex NHS policies and plans with a good eye for detail, and be able to turnaround briefings for internal and external stakeholders at short notice. You will need a positive attitude to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

As a team player and able to build relationships quickly, you will be joining a hard-working and supportive communications and engagement team, at an exciting time in the NHS as we transform services and support patients across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS.
