Job summary
The post holder will provide confidential and effective governance and administration support to the Hampshire Looked After Children (LAC) service and team members, supporting the senior Business Support Administrator with managing, maintaining and developing the service information and reporting systems.
To support with the management of the LAC hub emails to ensure confidentiality and a seamless service.
To support with the management of the process of Hampshire wide Locally Commissioned Service for Initial Health Assessments (IHA), ensuring children coming into care are seen by a Specialist GP to assess their health needs, within the statutory timeframe of 20 working days from entry into care.
To support the education and training Local Authority colleagues to provide accurate legal documentation and validate all referrals received into the service.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to support the Hampshire Looked After Children (LAC) service which will include:
- Providing a confidential and effective governance and administration support to the Hampshire Looked After Children (LAC) service and team members, supporting the senior Business Support Administrator with managing, maintaining, and developing the service information and reporting systems.
