secondment basis; the post is embedded in the Workforce & OD team, but will

across the system, the successful candidate will support the delivery of the
Kent and Medway Stroke Transformation Programme, with a focus on reviewing,
redesigning and improving clinical services across stroke patient pathways, through
workforce interventions. These interventions will include workforce modelling
across the stroke pathway, standardisation of knowledge and skills within the
stroke workforce, introducing new roles and ways of working, identifying and
implementing recruitment and retention strategies and leadership development.
As part of the wider Workforce & OD team, the postholder
may also be required to provide support on other initiatives relating to
workforce, alongside their stroke portfolio.
