Job summary

The post holder will plan, coordinate and lead on the development and management of agreed programmes. Provide assurance on the delivery of all aspects of the agreed work programmes andthe management and mitigation of associated risks and issues.The job entails working with statutory partners, commissioned providers, and the private, voluntary, and independent sector, particularly in a primary care setting to assure the ICB of high-qualitysafeguarding arrangements

Main duties of the job

o Agree and deliver against organisational objectives including specific project work, key performance indicators, supporting the team to deliver within tight deadlines, prioritising use ofresources and skills within the team.o Ability to review recommendations from national and local reports and work with key stakeholders to translate into tangible project deliverables, ensuring the overall objectives are met.o Devise and provide improvements to current management information, analysing, reporting, and suggesting procedures to enhance decision making processes.o Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirement documentation and presentations.o Using autonomous judgement and initiative, where there may be conflicting views, to respond to communications on complex issues and draft non-standard responses that may include theanalysis of technical information.o Support the identification and monitoring of project risk and issues adapting asneeded whilst considering a range of comparable options/solutions.
