Job summary

The Financial Recovery Programme works across the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Systemto identify opportunities for savings or efficiencies, to develop these initiatives into robust,evidence based delivery plans and to oversee the realisation of identified benefits.The Financial Recovery Programme Management Office (PMO) provides support to the SeniorResponsible Officers and workstream leads for these initiatives by providing expertise to develop,monitor and track projects to ensure effective and timely delivery of the financial benefits.The role of the PMO Officer is to support the efficient running of the PMO to ensure that alldocumentation and programme controls are completed and in place as required, and to ensuretimely, effective communication and stakeholder relationships.

Main duties of the job

Specifically, the PMO Officer will be responsible for:

1. Supporting the team to ensure that the portfolios and projects are planned and managed effectively2. Supporting and inform the monitoring, implementation and evaluation of projects by providinghigh-quality support, including complex information analysis, communications and stakeholdermanagement.3. Ensuring accurate and open communication and coordination with a range of organisations andindividuals across the ICS. This will include researching and drafting complex reports and papers.4. Working as a key member of the team and constantly striving to look at how the PMO mightcontinue to work effectively with a real focus on transparency and excellent stakeholderrelationships.5. Maintaining Action Logs & Risk Registers for allocated projects6. Monitoring progress against agreed project plans, updating documentation and escalating anymatters of concern7. Supporting matrix working across the Directorate, with other ICB Directorates and the widersystem
