Job summary
We are looking for anenthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join whole school approach team and be part of ourcaring and progressive School Health service. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children.

Main duties of the job
What will the role involve?
- Providing and analysing data
- Good interpersonal skills to support schools, parents and children
- Deliver presentations
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment
We have full and part time opportunities available, and are willing to consider flexible working hours to support both you and the service. This role is a community- based role so the majority of your duties will be carried out between your home and a community setting for example a school or trust site.
