Job summary
We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our Dental and Planned Care Team based in Faversham.
We operate as a centralised Business Unit which provides a wide range of business critical functions for the division including: monitoring and reporting activity and KPI performance; referral managementprocesses; contract management; financial processes specific to dentistry; development of private and commercial services; management of the dental application system; project work for new business opportunities or re-procurement of current contracts.
Main duties of the job
As a Band 3 Administrator you will support the multi-disciplinary team with all the admin needs of the service. Your role will be integral to the experience of our patients, getting them discharged from hospital and helping them get home to recover in the quickest tie possible.You'll need to be an efficient administrator, able to deal with conflicting priorities and incoming challenges. You'll need to be a competent user of Microsoft Office programmes and quick to pick up new systems.
A good team player is a must, our work can be challenging at time, but it's also rewarding, you can see the difference you make!
