We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Temporary staffing Team Advisors to join our professional Temporary Staffing Team team.
We're a close team but we're never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.
The team receive enquiries relating to: duty bookings; pay queries; how to access and complete training; how to join the temporary bank; DBS checks; and many other temporary working questions.
Main duties of the job
As a Temporary staffing Team Advisor you will focus on delivering the highest level of customer service, whilst maintaining confidentiality to ensure that every call answered adheres to the Trust values (CARE).
You will facilitate the delivery of outstanding care by applying customer care principles when providing routine and complex information and guidance to patients, carers, relatives or colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
In addition, you will ensure the team operates effectively by undertaking comprehensive administrative tasks, such as handling team correspondence, scheduling appointments, clinics and meetings, managingagendas, diary management for the team, task related problem solving, maintaining stock of equipment and supplies and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.
