We are the largest community paediatric dietetic team in the South East and we sit within alarger Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Service employing over 50 dietetic staff working in both acute and community settings inthe beautiful South Eastern coastal County of Kent.In 2020, our trust was rated as Outstanding! Main duties of the job

This exciting role will be to support children and their families with a diverse range of conditions both face to face and virtually.You will lead / co-lead on the direct care of the paediatric enteral feeding caseload encompassing a diverse group of patientswith a range of complex conditions and co-morbidities. You will also be involved in the care of patients with more generalnutritional concerns such as faltering growth, nutritional deficiencies, allergies, coeliac disease and restrictive eating.If successful, you will be fully supported and integrated into the team where your opinions and input will be welcomed andvalued and you will have access to clinical supervision and in-house training and other CPD opportunities internally andexternally to support your development.The attached job description and person specification provides further details. Essential

  • BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent;
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council;
  • Membership of relevant Special Interest Groups
  • Evidence of successful completion of specialist short courses up to Master's degree or equivalent;

Desirable

  • Registered Member of British Dietetics Association;
  • Specialist BDA approved Paediatric Post-graduate Training;
  • Full valid Driving Licence
