Main duties of the job
Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.
We're always looking for enthusiastic, responsive, and adaptable people to join our outstanding trust. This role is an important one as you'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.

1. Qualifications
Essential
- Evidence of Diploma or Foundation Degree Level study (Level 5) or equivalent experience. Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/ GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths). NCSCT Training and assessment programme and all additional modules.
Desirable
- Mentorship / Coaching qualification RSPH level 3 or equivalent Level 2 Stop Smoking training RSPH level 2 in Understanding Behaviour Change and/or Understanding Health Improvement
2. Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working within community settings and/ or with vulnerable groups in public health or a health or social care setting. Experience of providing direct care and support to individuals and/or groups of individuals. Experience of working collaboratively with other organisations. Experience of working as part of a team. Experience with the use of Microsoft Office and a variety of IT packages (Easy-Pay / E-roster (EOL)/ TAPS)
