. You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Herne Bay.
Our hospitals are nurse-led and focus on holistic rehabilitation and therapy for people who need extra help to get home, or who are nearing the end of their life
Main duties of the job
Healthcare assistants provide care to people in an in-patient setting.
You will be expected to participate in 24-hour internal rotation which includes working a mixture of the following shifts: early, late, night and long days and undertake other duties where requested which arecompatible with the grading of the post.
As a Healthcare Assistant you'll:
- work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families
- monitor the quality of care they're receiving
- provide feedback to managers on the quality of care
