We are looking for a Home First Administrator, working 37.5 hours over 7 days 08:00-16:00 - Band 3 equivalent KR5.
The new Home First Service is our first move into joint working with NHS and KCCcolleagues. This new Service has been designed to offer a wrap round supporteddischarge from Hospital or to provide an integrated approach to preventhospitalisation. Initially, the service will operate within the Thanet and Canterburyareas with a base at Westbrook House in Margate. It will operate 7 days a week, 08:00 to 20:00.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong administration skills and an eye for accuracy. You will understand the importance of thoroughrecording, be confident when speaking to people and be able to juggle many tasksat the same time.
