We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an NMC Registered Nurse Associate to join the existing team based at Unit G, The Oast, Maidstone.

Each team takes responsibility for a defined geographical patch, which allows good working relationships with local GPs, care homes, Social Services, voluntary organisations and other stakeholders.

Main duties of the job

The Urgent Care Services Team is a 24 hour, 7 day a week nurse led service.The service provides an urgent/crisis nursing response with a focus onsupporting discharge and avoiding admission. The service also delivers out of hour's unscheduled nursing care within West Kent. The team works closely with other community services including West Kent Home Treatment Service, Community Rehabilitation Team Therapists, Community Nursing Team, Complex Care Nurses and Health and Social Care Co-ordinators.

As a Registered Nursing Associate you will support the provision ofholistic, person centred care and support people across their lifespan and in a variety of settings. The nursing associate works according to the 'NMC Code: Professional standards of practice and behaviour for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates'.

Additional Working Pattern: 22.5 to 37.5 hours a week.
