Job summary

Main duties of the job

This is an administrator role where you will work as part of a wider Facilities service. You will learn thebackground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role successfully. Prior knowledge of I.Tsystems will be required for this role. NHS specific systems can be taught during training. Goodcommunication skills, organisation and a polite and approachable manner, are essential for this role.

  • OCR/RSA 3 or equivalent ECDL/ICDL or equivalent Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/ GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)

  • Customer Care NVQ or equivalent

  • 2/3 years administration experience Good demonstrable keyboard skills Good computing skills to include Microsoft Office email and internet use.
