Job summary

Join us at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT), train to become a qualified Registered Nurse and gain a degree in nursing whilst you work. The programme will help you to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies of a Registered Nurse (RN), while working as a Health Care Assistant you will be able to expand the depth and breadth of your knowledge and skills. Following successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded a degree-level equivalent qualification (level six) and can move into a role as a qualified nurse once you receive your registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). Applicants must be at least 1-year post Assistant Practitioners or Nursing Associate qualification and be interested in 'topping up' to become a Registered Nurse in 2-3 years (depending on current qualification).
