The Workforce Administration team are responsible for ensuring that Agenda for change Terms and Conditions of Employment and National Pay are applied correctly and consistently across the organisation.
We work collaboratively with the external payroll provider to ensure that all our workforce is paid correctly.
Excellent communication skills are a must and you'll have great people skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships with managers and colleagues in your team.

Main duties of the job
You will oversee all transactional HR duties and processing of payroll documentation.
You'll be responsible for providing expert advice and support to the team in HR terms and conditions of service and pay, resolving complex payroll queries and complaints. Working closely with the payroll provider and internal Automation project team to drive forward change.
You'll get to work to build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, providing a proactive, value adding service. The post holder will look to constantly improve systems and processes within their scope of responsibility to maximise efficiency within the team.
You will develop and implement workforce initiatives that support the workforce and ensure the delivery of a high quality service across all teams.
