You should possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. An in depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children's services is essential.
About us
You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme As part of the 0-19 Service which includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. The post to to support children and young people in the heart of Birkenhead. You will be a part of a multi disciplinary team striving for the best outcomes for children and young people.
