Public Health Nurse: Wirral 0-19 -Wallasey team -24 hours per week .

About us

You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme As part of the 0-19 Service which includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. You will be working in partnership with Knowsley Local Authority to take the local children's agenda forward.
