Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a for an enthusiastic, well organised and flexible Immunisation Administrator to support the 0-19 School Aged Immunisation Team based within Cheshire East. This role is a part time permanent position and will be based within Middlewich covering Cheshire East with some remote working included.

Main duties of the job
The position includes supporting the team to deliver the School Aged Immunisation programme including a wide range of administrative tasks. Accuracy and timeliness of data inputting and monitoring is essential as well as competence with software packages such as Excel, Word, SystmOne, and Microsoft Teams.
The post requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be solution focused whilst also supporting service development.
The role will include liaising with a range of stakeholders including other agencies and service users. Candidates should be flexible towards the needs of the service and must be able to work well within a dynamic team. We are seeking a proactive team player who can use their own initiative, plus organise and prioritise their workload effectively.
