Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a for an enthusiastic, well organised and flexible Admin Manager to support the 0-19+ based within St Helens. This role is a part time permanent position and will be based within Billinge Clinic with some remote working included. This role will also work collaboratively within the Centralised Duty Hub working alongside other Admin Managers and teams across Wirral, Cheshire East and Knowsley.

Main duties of the job

The position includes supporting the teams and senior team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including dealing with sensitive safeguarding enquiries, co-ordinating meetings on behalf of the team, line managing a team of Administrators, raising purchase orders and managing new starter HR tasks. Accuracy and timeliness of data inputting and monitoring is essential as well as competence with software packages such as Excel, Word, SystmOne, Liquid Logic, The Trust Intelligence Gateway (TIG), and Microsoft Teams.

The post requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable. You will need to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and be solution focused whilst also supporting service development.

The role will include liaising with a range of stakeholders including other agencies and service users. Candidates should be flexible towards the needs of the service and must be able to work well within a dynamic team. We are seeking a proactive team player who can use their own initiative, plus organise and prioritise their workload effectively.
