This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to develop their career working on a significant organisational change project as HR Business Partner.
This is an exciting time for the Trust and the service with the introduction of a new service and many opportunities to assist in the continued development of people services for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
You will work proactively to support the TUPE Transfer in of a large service, with the associated workforce planning, transformation, engagement and performance of the workforce.The successful candidate will work holistically with the wider HR and OD teams to embed good practice and develop management capability and leadership to ensure that the teams deliver the best possible service to our patients.
You must be CIPD (Level 7) qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent experience, and possess a can-do attitude and be able to demonstrate their ability to establish effective working relationships and the highest possible professional standards.
Part Time hours will be considered.

- CIPD Qualified (Level 7 Postgraduate level) or equivalent qualification
- Highly specialist knowledge of one or more HR topics to masters level equivalent acquired through degree and professional HR qualification plus additional training or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the Business Partner role within the business context of the organisation
- Experience of working with, and influencing, senior managers
- Working and detailed knowledge of employment legislation, equal opportunities and best practice, including managing complex cases and exposure to solving employee relations issues.
- CIPD registration
- Experience of working within a complex multi-union environment.
- Understanding of and ability to develop and analyse workforce and management information to support capacity planning and/or identify and devise learning strategies
- Experience of re design, restructuring, re-organisation/redundancy handling/TUPE
