Job summary
We are seeking a passionate individual to provide administrative support to our NHS Cadet Project Team over a 12 month period to further develop our NHS Cadet Programme across Wirral and wider Place bases in Cheshire and Merseyside.

This role will enable us to expand our programme, working with community partners and other NHS stakeholders to make a difference to over 200 young people in the next 12 months.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a crucial part of the project team, providing a variety of administrative support to the NHS Cadet Coordinator, the wider project team and stakeholders to enable the delivery of the project.
The role will provide lots of variety and require the postholder to liaise with a variety of a different people on a daily basis.

- NVQ Level 3, AS or A Level, Baccalaureate or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft packages including word, excel and outlook

- Evidence of continued professional development within last 12 months

- Previous experience of dealing with the public and taking telephone enquiries
- Experience of maintaining waiting lists
