Are you a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant with a keen interest in patients with enhanced care needs?

As a Responsive Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with enhanced care needs as they transition into our service. We are happy to consider all applications who meet essential requirements as we are driven to add value to our team.

Our patients journey is our priority and we are seeking someone with knowledge, kindness and passion to join us in this focus.

  • Assisting patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Monitor and record patients' baseline observations and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Support the nursing team in delivering care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Help patients settle into the ward environment and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Participate in speciality training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
