Job summary

Are you a passionate advocate for creating inclusive and equitable workplaces?

We are looking for a committed Inclusion and Belonging advisor with an expertise in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) to champion our efforts in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

In this pivotal post, you will play a key role in designing and executing strategic initiatives that advance fairness, respect, and a sense of belonging throughout the organisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at every level to integrate EDI principles into daily operations, fostering a positive and thriving workplace culture.

As an employer and sponsor licence holder, to be able to provide sponsorship to overseas nationals via the Skilled Workerroute we must ensure that we adhere to the sponsorship requirements set by UK Visa's and Immigration.

Main duties of the job

This role will concentrate on co-ordinating and implementing best practice measures, as well as leading collaborative efforts to identify and seize opportunities for improvement and change.

You will bring a strong commitment and passion for creating inclusive environments and practices where employees can be their authentic selves, are appreciated for their unique differences, and are supported to perform at their best.

In this position, you will help the organisation drive inclusion and belonging, ensuring that our employment policies and practices are fair, equitable, and inclusive.

  • Experience of organising large scale events/projects across a number of organisations/sectors

  • Highly developed written and communication skills, with the ability to produce high level reports and written materials
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with an executive team, senior leaders and stakeholders

  • The ability to self-motivate, show initiative and drive
