You will provide leadership and support to manage a portfolio of projects including clinical audits, promote quality improvement and enable service evaluation. We adopt a coaching and facilitation style, sharing our clinical effectiveness and QI expertise with others to enable all our colleagues to make work better.

Main duties of the job
You will need to have excellent communication skills, being able to lead and inspire.
We encourage a coaching approach to working withcolleagues to empower them to measure the care they deliver, make improvements when required and to be curious and creative.
You will need to be organised and able to use your initiative to manage projects effectively.
You will be passionate about ensuring care delivered in DCHS meets the needs of the community, and is delivered safely in line with the bestevidence.
You will have autonomy to make decisions and will be able to problem solve and identify solutions.
You will embrace the opportunity to train other and share our expertise.
