Hotel Services Assistant - Domestic

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant (Cleaner), to become part of our team, at Long Eaton Health Centre.

You will be required to work 15 hours per week and, while there is a rota in place, the usual shift pattern is Monday - Friday, 5.30am - 8.30am.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will become an active, valued, member of our team.

We are looking for enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and to develop themselves and although previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and want to make a difference to our patients' experience and who demonstrate values and personal qualities that support the DCHS way of working.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high quality domestic cleaning service.

Working either individually or as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained for patients, staff and visitors following agreed work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with the National Standards of Cleanliness.

The post holder will be required to have a flexible approach and be prepared to work on other sites should service demands dictate.

To play an integral part in delivering outstanding patient care at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS).
