We are looking to recruit a trained* and registered Nursing Associate who will join our busy nursing team at this friendly, progressive and 'outstanding' GP practice.

*applications from Nursing Associates in training may be considered.

You will work under the supervision of and in liaison with the Practice Nurses to provide and deliver a high standard of nursing care. You will participate in the care and treatment of patients, working within your levels of training and competency and in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team.

The post is practice-based although your role may occasionally require the provision of care in a patient's home or in a care home.

Experience of working within a health/primary care setting is desirable.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to arrange an informal visit prior to interview.

As a Nursing Associate, you will work under the supervision of and in partnership with the Senior Nurses to provide and deliver a high standard of nursing care.

You will contribute to the on-going assessment, providing and monitoring care based on evidence and working in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team.
