Joining the Learning Disability Intensive Support Service will allow you to truly make a difference in people's lives, using your skills to enhance life opportunities and ensure people live life well in the community. As a newly created post the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop the role to fit the needs of the service.
This post covers the geographical area of Norfolk and Waveney.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be part of an MDT, working together to ensure individuals in the community remain appropriately supported throughout a range of challenges. You will manage your own caseload, also communicating with the SLTs in the community Learning Disability teams to allow for seamless transitions between the teams.

The Intensive Support Service has received new funding to allow it to expand to better meet the needs of the Learning Disability population in Norfolk and Waveney. This exciting development will be further supported by regular supervision, a strong team work ethic and the opportunity to work with multiple teams and professionals across the county.
