Job summary

We work across Dereham and the surrounding villages. You will visit patients in their own homes as well as residential care facilities and support a small number of clinics.

We see people in their own homes (own transport will be required) for a variety of interventions, including diabetes care / insulin administration, wound care, venepuncture, catheter care.

Our service works 7 days a week. You will be able to demonstrate flexibility as well a sound clinical basis and understanding of community working.
