Pineheath Ward at Kelling Hospital are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate.
We would welcome applicants with an enthusiastic attitude who reflect the values (compassion, creativity and community) and behaviours of the organisation. You will work as part of a friendly team on the ward.
We are keen to enable our patients to achieve optimum function and independence and quality of life. You will play a key part in this along with your nursing and therapy colleagues. To assist you with this you will receive support and development through in service training, regular appraisals, a personal development plan and clinical supervision.
You must be self-motivated, able to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning skills and have good communication skills. Applicants should have a positive approach to working on a busy hospital ward setting.

The posts will be based at Pineheath Ward, Kelling Hospital working with patients on a hospital ward.
The Nursing & Midwifery Council's 'Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates' identifies the core components of the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of Nursing Associates. These standards identify what Nursing Associates can contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients and service users, and apply across all health and care settings. About us
