Job summary
We're looking for exceptional Band 5 Physiotherapists to join our MSK Team including Integrated Therapy Partnership and MSK West. Providing a high quality, patient centred and innovative service, this role involves assisting the team with the treatment of patients with a wide range of MSK conditions. We provide comprehensive in-service training as part of our Preceptorship program for newly qualified staff, as well as peer supervision and dedicated slots for more experienced staff.
Flexible hours are an option for this role. Some weekend and evening working is required although infrequent. Work bases will vary on need across the Norwich, South and West Norfolk localities.

Main duties of the job
To contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients with MSK conditions in clinics, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.
To perform physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with MSK conditions, to provide a physiotherapy diagnosis and to develop and deliver a patient focused treatment programme.
Assessments and treatments will take the form of face to face or virtual consultations to enhance patient access to our services
To work with all health care professionals and statutory/non statutory agencies to provide a seamless integrated service to our services users.
Work when needed in a variety of locations to meet the needs of the service.

ITP is a partnership between Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C), Allied Health Professionals Suffolk, and Healthshare Diagnostics. The MSK clinical team comprises Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Biomechanic Specialist and Assistant Practitioners. We also provide First Contact Practitioners from within our overall MSK structure. We work out of various venues, including; health centres; GP surgeries; community hospitals; and leisure centres. Services are provided face to face, via telephone or video consultation at patient choice.
