Job summary
We're looking for an exceptional Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Therapy Partnership (ITP) Team. Providing a high quality, patient-centred and innovative service, this role involves assisting the team with the treatment of patients with a wide range of MSK conditions. We provide comprehensive in-service training as well as peer supervision and dedicated problem solving slots.
Flexible hours are an option for this role. Weekend and evening working is required, however infrequent. Work bases will vary on need across the Norwich, South and West Norfolk localities.

Main duties of the job
You will contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients with MSK conditions in clinics providing specialist MSK assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care. To manage own caseload which may include highly complex patients.

ITP is a partnership between Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C), Allied Health Professionals Suffolk, and Global Diagnostics. The ITP clinical team comprises Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and MSK Assistant Practitioners.
We also provide First Contact Practitioners from within our overall MSK structure. We work out of various venues, including; health centres; GP surgeries; community hospitals; and leisure centres.

- Diploma or 1st level degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent experience
- Current HCPC registration
- Evidence of specialist MSK knowledge and skills acquired through post graduate courses attended
- Previous MSK experience
