Job summary
Part time Band 3 administration Assistant in the Childrens Continence administration department based at St James Clinic.
30 hrs Fixed term for 12 months from June 22

We currently have vacancy within our Continence Team, based at St James clinic in Kings Lynn, Extons RD.
The team are a small dedicated team who support Children and their parents who are referred from professionals to assess continence needs, It is a very rewarding role but can be fast paced role and will be suitable for a caring and empathetic person specifically with dealing with parents.
Our main priority for these job roles is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own!
The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to work, possess excellent communication skills and well organised to work as part of a team and independently.
Candidates should have a good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent (English and Maths Grade C or above) .
Knowledge of NHS processes and having used System One will be desirable but training will be given if necessary.
Main duties of the job
Duties include making appointments for Children to be seen by our excellent clinical team which can also need rearranging sometimes. The admin team are a pivotal and valued and have a very important role to ensure that the process flows and is as streamlined and dignified as possible.
This role will suit anyone that has used Systmone but training can be given to the right person.
The role also requires absolute confidentiality as do all our roles at NCHC, a good knowledge of GDPR is an advantage.
