Job summary
In this role you will lead, motivate, and support
the team, providing supervision and support on a regular basis, developing
staff to their maximum potential, ensuring a high standard of care and support
to patients.
You will create a positive team culture, be open to new ideas, concepts, and innovation
alongside partners across the Warrington system.
We expect you to be responsible for the day-to-day
operational management of the team, including management of sickness absence,
performance, appraisals, development etc.
You will provide consistent and visible leadership
to ensure productive team working ensuring a high-quality, person-centred
service is delivered for our service users. The service promotes equality and
diversity, and the patient is offered
person centred care with dignity and respect.
As manager you will ensure that service provision
complies with all relevant organisational policies and procedures.
You will ensure the proactive planning and effective
co-ordination of staff, including staff caseloads and reallocation of resources
to meet the of capacity and demand and service priorities. to meet admission avoidance targets.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced team leader to join the Warrington
Dermatology Team. You will be recruited into the role of Team Leader; with
operational and line management responsibilities across the dermatology
service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic team

alongside experienced senior colleagues to help develop a forward thinking

in this busy environment.
Within the department we treat dermatology
patients from across Warrington who are referred from GPs and other healthcare
professionals across both 2 week cancer waits and routine patient clinics. You
will lead and be part of this wider MDT team.
The department engages with both local, regional and national partner
agencies to deliver evidence based patient care, the team is currently working
on several new patient initiatives focussed on enhancing the already excellent
patient experience .

To develop a seamless
