Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a Neurodevelopmental Pathway Co-ordinator into a brand-new role to work as an integral part of the neurodevelopmental pathway (NDP) multi-agency team based in Halton Child Development Centre covering the footprint of the Borough of Halton and some areas of Cheshire West.
Main duties of the NDP co-ordinator role include providing specialist support to colleagues on neurodevelopmental issues, taking a key role in liaising with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children/adolescents with both a neurodevelopmental difficulty and a mental health condition and taking a key role in feeding back to young people and their families the outcome of their multi agency assessment.
The successful candidate would also be expected to develop the service and the role in line with national and local initiatives. The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values children, young people and their parents/carers and upholds the Bridgewater Trust values.

Job Purpose:

- To lead the development and implementation of a diagnostic pathway for children with neurodevelopmental difficulties
- To provide specialist support to colleagues on neurodevelopmental issues.

- To take a key role in feeding back to young people and their families the outcome of their multi agency assessment.
- To develop the service and the role in line with national and local initiatives.
